Mortgage Broker Referral
The name of this promotion is “Broker Referral”. The Promoter is Boss Building Brokers Pty Ltd (ABN 34 656 786 917).
The offer is valid from 10th March (“Start Date”) until otherwise noted on this website (“End Date”) (collectively, “the Promotion Period”).
12. This offer involves a $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) AUD referral payment to persons that successfully refer a client to Boss Building Brokers during the Promotion Period.
13. The referral payment is paid for each client that is referred, with no maximum number of persons that can be referred (i.e. one person successfully referred equals a $1,000 referral payment; two persons successfully referred equals a $2,000 referral payment). NB: ‘client’ is to be viewed as the party/ies to a building contract. Should there be two or more persons named on a contract, for these Terms & Conditions they are to be viewed as one client.
14. To be eligible to receive this offer, the broker referrer must:
• Be over the age of eighteen years.
• Ensure Boss Building Brokers has been notified in writing of the referral prior to preliminary works agreement being signed.
• Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling.
• Referred client must be new clients to Boss Building Brokers and not have enquired previously.
• Have obtained the consent of the person they are referring to provide their details to Boss Building Brokers.
15. The $1,000* referral payment will be paid as a voucher (Coles/Myer, Harvey Norman, Bunnings, or Prepaid Mastercard) to the referrer when the referee’s home has commenced construction (slab-down stage).
16. You must disclose to your client about the existence of this offer when engaging in the referral.
17. You must not make any representations about Boss Building Broker’s service/product that is outside of your knowledge. Boss Building Broker’s hold no liability for any representations made by third parties that have not been approved by Boss Building Brokers.
18. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the referrer. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.
19. This offer is a promotional offer only and is not to be considered as an engagement of employment or otherwise.
20. Boss Building Brokers reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion if considered necessary, without notice.
21. If the referee’s contract is to cancel, this offer becomes null and void.
